Print-on-Demand Products Our art prints and print-on-demand items are made to order especially for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Craft Supplies & Dropshipped Products For craft supplies and other products fulfilled by our suppliers, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us before returning any item, as return eligibility and instructions may vary by supplier.

Change of Mind We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before ordering.
